[SOLVED] Need some help with YAMS installation

I’m trying to install YAMS , but I ran into a problem at point 6:

6. Reload the page to update the manager view.
Select the YAMS Module and follow the instructions on the
Documentation > Setup tab.

Setup tab? Where? I don’t see any....
