[Solved]PHx condition not evaluating(shows both chunks)

I have a strange problem with PHx, Modx 0.9.6.3

The following PHx statement evaluates well locally:

[+phx:mo=`Users`:then=`{{userTpl}}`:else=`{{nonUserTpl}}`+]

But on another server it shows the PHx call and BOTH chunks in between the brackets as they appear.

I have tried re-installing, re-uploading and everything, I cant seem to figure what could be wrong

As there a known issue that causes this?

EDIT:
I think my connection was not reliable. I noticed that the filesize changed in transit. Not sure how and why, but its working now. PHx isnt that naughty I guess.
