phx help - child documents

Hi,

Is there a way I can basically say something like:

if this document is a child document of parent document with id 5, then show this chunk, else do nothing?

Basically I want to show the date on a news article (wrapped in my custom html), it shows fine on my news listing page (using ditto for that though).

Can’t quite get my head round it!

Something like this should work:
[+phx:if=`[!getparent-snippet return ID!]`:is=`5`then=`{{chunk}}`:else=``+]

UltimateParent snippet [!UltimateParent? &id=`[*id*]`!] maybe...

Hmm I tried that and:

[+phx:if=`[!UltimateParent!]`:is=`5`:then=`{{test}}`:else=``+]

But no joy

Test with [[UltimateParent]] ?

Genius!!

Now the only small issue is it shows on both the child documents and the parent document, is there a way to exclude the parent document?

[+phx:if=`[[UltimateParent]]`:is=`5`:and:if=`[*id*]`:isnot=`5`:then=`{{test}}`:else=``+]
