Strange zend.ze1_compatibility_mode error with ManagerManager in Evo 1.02

I’m getting strange errors with a fresh installed Evo 1.02 and the default enabled ManagerManager:
Implicit cloning object of class ’DocumentParser’ because of ’zend.ze1_compatibility_mode’

When ManagerManager is enabled, I have also errors at the bottom of an edit pane:

Does anybody know here what’s going on? ManagerManager is unusable for me.
