Minimizing the Manager Interface for Certain Admins...

Hello Everyone,

If this is in the wrong section, I do apologize...

I am wondering if it is possible to restrict certain Administrator from seeing all of the tabs in the Manager Interface. For example, is there a way to prevent them seeing such tabs as, "Resources", "Modules", "Tools" etc.?

The reason for this is that I have used Modx to design a website for a client and I don’t want to overload them with things they won’t be needing when handing the website over.

Of course. Just create a "editor" role (or whatever you want to call it) and only allow the actions you wish.

Security tab > Roles > Create a new role link
