Bug with Form Customizations

I think I found a bug in MODx Revo 2.0.8pl, can anyone clarify.

With Form Customizations, I set the template to X then any pages created under a resource with that template would have Template Y and be hidden from nav.

Now after I set it up, the pages were successfully created with Template Y. BUT were not hidden from nav. They would not hide from nav unless I put a restraint on the parent resource id.

Anyone else notice this?
