I need hide chunks that are locked (access only for administrator) - I have a few chunks my client should be able to edit but like to edit all the others?
Any idea ?
I could be wrong, but I don’t think there’s any way of keeping their names from displaying in the Manager without hacking the Manager code.
It should be a relatively simple hack, though.
One solution I use is to put all the generic chunks as TVs for the Home page and get their values using GetField snippet.
Eg: copyright text, moto

Possible by converting the own generic group into snippets? Or, maybe you could simply
not use own generic chunks? Just dump them in templates and lock those templates for your users? Then chunk department is free? Or use a snippet that loads your own ’chunk phpfiles’ and keep the template-solution from possibly getting too many lines in your manager.
Still, an easy Manager-hack would do it best.

It’s don’t easy. Because I need all privileges for chunk , and my client should be able to edit don’t lockked.
If hide locked chunk , I don’t see chunk too.
