    Hi all,

I’ve played with modx now for a few days and I like it so far.

I would like to extend the backend manager so I can launch my custom management pages. For instance a list of new submitted content so I can review it and easely publish or not publish the content.

I can think of a solution in the front end: Restricting access to the management pages to the manager only.

However, my preference for choice would be the backend.

Is this possible? If so, how?

    Thanks for any reply.

    • True publishing workflow is something that should be coming in the future. You can extend the back end via a module, but I’m not sure it would totally integrate with a new menu item and so on. Would take a fair bit of work.

Yeh, I already thought so. I hoped for a simpel solution.
I think I build it in the front end for now.
A soon as I have the new publishing workflow, I can switch to that.

        Tnx.
