Login 1.5.2 - Error Log

Hi there,

I’ve notice the the following error is appearing in the log whenever a user is removed:

Also I have had an issue where by when a new user has attempted to register they have received a registration email but their details do not actually show up in the Manage User listing.

Could some make a suggestion as where the problem could be.

I am using version of Login 1.5.2 and MySql version is 5.1.54 PHP 5.2.16
