Unable to Login after Receiving New Password via Lost Password

I’m having a problem where users who’ve forgotten their password and use the system to send them a new one aren’t able to log in with the password that is sent to them. If I go in an manually reset the password, it works correctly. What could be causing the issue? I’m using the latest version of WebLogin.
