Actually, you can use the plugin I created to install Xinha. Download it from here:

After that, just unzip it and upload the directories into the correct locations and run the installer in the Install directory. Pretty simple! Once it’s installed you can select Xinha as your editor under the Configuration section of the manager.

and a last question on wich directory of modx I’ve to unzip xinha ?
