Issues with customFields on register

Hi,

I’ve come across issues using customFields on register, I add the customfields as per the documentation, but the values don’t get added to the database, I’ve tried testing a variety of names etc and they all fail to even create the attributes_extended field.

However... The profile mode works and creates & updates the fields where necessary.

I suppose firstly I’m after a quick heads up as to whether register is supposed to allow custom fields, and if this is possible if anyone has experienced similar issues, the code all appears correct, the only visible difference between the profile and register forms is that the register is on a page with other forms and therefore uses the field prefix option in addition to everything else.
