I have a MODx site and so many times Users forget their PW and probably 80% of the time their ISP blocks the PW email sent from the server. Doesn’t even send.

Is it possible to have people login without a PW?

The register is set to verify and they do choose their User names, but PW retrieval is just not going to work for those who login to their account in the school lobby.

That’s why I don’t need a PW for one particular page at one physical location.

    • How about using their username or email as the password? I’ve done that, the username is also the password. This was done automatically at registration; the user was only asked for their email and the name part of the email was used as the username and password.

How do I get their user name to automatically be inserted as their password?

        Thanks Susan,
