I have created 3 users (2 web users and an admin), gave them passwords, and still each time they try to connect they get an Incorrect username or password entered !
what should I check to fix this ?

err : I can create an admin, it seems that I have an issue with web users.

Are the web users not getting created? Or is the system just not allowing them to login?
just the login part...
I guess I have to populate a bit the document groups and roles before doing anything...

allright, I never played before with users in MODx and I had a little mix up between frontend and backend login...
