Dutch language pack for WebloginPE

Hi,

I’ve spent some time on a Dutch WebloginPE language pack. You can find it in the attachment below.

A few questions though: how can I submit this to the add-on that is available on the MODx site itself? To which user do I have to sent this package then? And I also saw there’s a 1.3.2 beta available on Google Code? What’s up with that?
