How to make WebLoginPE Multilingual ?

Hi everybody !

I try to integrate WebLoginPE to my english+french website... And It’s working well, but only in english...

The &lang=`fr` parameter seems to give me nothing... I go on having only french messages and templates. :-((

I started to convert every variable (templates) from the "webloginpe.template.php" file into 2 chunks (one for english and one for french) but It’s a huge work and I don’t even know if It will lead to the result I need, or not for some reason...


Several questions :

1) Is anybody has a list of things to be done to do this properly and completely ?

2) I found the /lang/fr.php file but I don’t know how to activate it to have messages in French. I sure have missed something in the documentation or elsewhere...

3) I can translate the "webloginpe.template.php" file (without the TOS part because I’m not a french laywer) and give it to Scotty for the community if it can help, but I don’t know how I could integrate it and be able to switch to french...

If you have clues about how to do this, I’m interrested.

I have been busy with WebloginPE

As far as I can see the language file is only for messages from wlpe ie. ’user name in use’.

I think you would have to take all the forms you are using and translate them yourself.

Please copy code from ’webloginpe.template.php’ not the seperate files as I have found problems with them.

Maybe someone has already done this try the french board.
