[Speed problem] Slower when not loggued...

Hello, i noticed my website is really slow when am not logged into the manager.

the stats usually say something like that (logged or not):

mySQL: 0.0223 s, 11 request(s), PHP: 0.1068 s, total: 0.1290 s, document retrieved from database.

But when am not logged, the website takes about 3-4 seconds to render..


Any idea ??


Php : 3.4.10
mySQL : 3.23.58
Os : Linux fedora core 2
Browser : firefox and IE under windows XP


Edit : this is back to normal speed @___@ ( in both mode )
I changed nothing to my configuration (IIRC)

sorry i can’t show it to u as it is in private state.
This bug occurred even with the default template / default installation.

I didn’t see it since my last post: i hope the new year’s resolution works
for software too ^^

I’m no server admin but it looks to me that you are running a very old version of php. You might consider updating to php4 or php5 as that is what most current applications are coded for.

it is PHP 4.3.10

i don’t think modx would even install on PHP 3
