selected news

Hello,

is there a simple way to put in my template a place with only some selected news with NewsListing (my best news).
Indeed, I would like to area, one with all the news (1,2,3,4,5...) and another with a selection (2,3,7...)
My difficulty is how to indicate to MODx, this news is one of my best and have to put it in the bestnews area what could be in the right column.
I see MODx is very powerful and I don’t know what is the best way do to something.

What is exactly the aim of keywords, I thought it was for the search engine or something like that???

You could create a tv called selected. Then just filter out all of the items with that tv set to checked.

I created a TV but I don’t know how to call the news.

I tried with @SELECT pagetitle FROM modx_site_content and I have a list with items I could check so it’s really good. But I don’t want the pagetitle , I want newstitle. Moreover, how can I have the link.
