How to display "&" ?

Hi i am using webloginPE to create a registration form, and one part of the registration involve a custom multiple select. Everything seems to be working but i can’t seems to show "&" inside one of the option. ( Eg. Drum & Base )

I tried using "&", also & But neither work. Tried searching the webs and forum, but nothing. Any idea?

Zac -- I’m having the same problem. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with WebLoginPE, or an artifact of the MODx Snippet parse (because the parser expects ’&’ to precede parameter names). I ran into that problem at the bottom of this thread:

The only work-arounds I can think of are so nasty that they aren’t worth it (e.g. writing a plugin to look for a certain placeholder and replace it with "&"). Ick. For now, I’m just gonna use "and".

Haha... i guess not many choice then. But its very un-elegant to use "and" instead of "&" for example: R&B ==> RandB ?? wt..

I hear you. I’m not thrilled with that either... but I don’t have a solution other than writing a plugin to intercept a replacement value.
