WebLogin and WebLoginPE

Actual, real, decent, and easy to follow tutorials seem to be missing on WebLogin and WebLoginPE. All of the searches I have performed turn up junk. Can somebody please point me in the direction of decent tutorials for both snippets? Thanks!
