[SOLVED] How can have manageProfileTpl at other than manage page

When I call WebLoginPE in manager type. I see list of users and under every one of them I have button User’s Profile.

How can I change it to link in <a></a> or how can I have this profile opened in new page, not the same, containing manage.

Use a custom template for your user page (and define it in the snippet call). That should work.
