I installed SMF + MODX + SMF Bridge on my website.

I installed WLPE later, it seems like WLPE can not trigger the System Event for the SMF bridge Plugin. Things like "OnWebLogin" while login and "OnWebSaveUser" while reg a new user.

    Are there any solutions?

IIRC, a user found out how to do this in the huge topic that WLPE stayed in before it got it’s own subforum.

Thanks for help, I found that topic. Seems like I have hack the core a lot.

Will the bug be fixed in the next release of WLPE?

If so, when can we get it?

Hack the core or WLPE? If core, please direct me to the thread so I can discourage such activity. grin

Depends on if the changes were made specifically for SMF or not. If it was "hacked" to work with SMF only, then it’ll have to be done manually by whoever needs it.

If it’s something universal for all future bridging apps, then I’d be leaning towards it being included in v1.4.0.
