[UserUrls?] Public profiles giving 404 error

Hi,
I would like to make on my site public user profiles, so users can visit eachother’s profile.

My idea was to user UserUrls and Login or UserInfo plugin, but I can`t make UserUrls to work. It seems as the best way to achieve automatic profile’s page with friendly url website.com/username.
Everything is working except UserUrls, after local fail I checked on live server and no success. All the time I got 404, I even checked this friendly URLs issue, but that’s not a problem http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,66030.0.html.

If not UserUrls maybe I can use another plugin to make it working with Login’s outcome? I had idea to write a snippet with username variable which will forward username to Login, but I don`t know how People plugin will react.

I`m up for any ideas about making public profile page.

Yes, I did all "Getting started stuff" and checked suggested problems, unfortunately no luck.

I put this in general Revo forum as I`m open to other ideas how to make public profiles . Mainly, how to make automatic pattern page for Login.Profile snippet so it depends on user that someone want to visit.
