Attributes in TV (URL)

Hi,

I´m just wondering about the usage of the attributes option in a URL-TV. There is:

Parameter Value
Display Text
Title
Class
Style
Target
Attributes

While the first 5 Params are clear, the sixth (Attributes) isn´t. If I try to put in id="test" it shows up as id%3D’test’ . It seems that the = is parsed wrong. Has it something to do with my site encoded utf-8? But never saw another value or entity for "=". Does someone know how to pass attributes to an URL or can someone reproduce this error?

I guess this field is for something like onclick="" etc.

May be JavaScript guys answer this more appropriately
