Secured pages visible in navigation

I’ve mage a Resource that’s only available when logged in and it’s working ok in that a user is redirected away if they try to access the url directly before logging in.

However the page is listed on my dropdown menu built with wayfinder whether a user is logged in or out. How do I get wayfinder to list ONLY pages currently accessible?

Wayfinder should not be showing a link if the user doesn’t have permission. Which version of MODx are you using?

Problem solved as same problem as in http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,54142.0.html - called the dropdown chunk cached.

I didn’t realise the significance of !
