Is there a way to reset my security of the database back to the default

I posted a thread here: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,52773.0.html which describes my initial problem.

I have another site i developed with MODx and the security works fine.

Somehow i suspect i have managed to screw up my security portions of the database.

Can i somehow reset the security to the default state?
