    hellow,

    i have 2 users:

    admin
    editor

    i have a resource: news

this resource has 3 children at this moment

    news:
    - news 1
    - news 2
    - news 3

    i want this:

admin may change news and the children (news 1, 2 and 3)

editor may only change news 1, 2 en 3 (but not news) (even create new newsitems, for example news 4)

i can’t get it arranged to do this in the manager permissions

    can someone help me

this is the situation at the moment:

    2 user groups:

    - admin
    - editors

    2 resource groups:

    - mudAdmin
    - mudContent

    acces permissions of ’news’:

    - mudAdmin

acces permissions of news 1, 2 and 3:

    - all resource groups (public)

user group ’admin’ is linked to ’mugAdmin’
user group ’editors’ is linked to ’mudContent’

i know in another site that i have made, it is possible (version 1.0.2), but in this site it doesn’t work (version 1.0.3)

Maybe the version is the problem (bug?)

    can someone help me?

resource "news" belongs to "mugAdmin" document group. Editor does not belong to "admin" user group. He has to be able to see the "news" page to be able to see through it to its children, so in the site Configuration set "Show Protected Pages" to Yes.
