I have created a bunch of blog posts on my my local site. I created them as the Admin so it lists the author as being the default admin.

I have since created a user account using my real name. How can I change the ownership of these blog posts to my new user?
    • Go to the database and run a simple query to change the "createdby" to your new user’s ID.
      UPDATE modx_site_content SET createdby=<new user's id> WHERE createdby=1

Alternately, you could create a new admin account and edit the old admin user to be your new user. I’d be inclined to take that route as it’s easier.
