What other membership options are there?

Does anybody know or can recommend other membership/login software or plugins?

Thanks

There is the standard weblogin snippet. Which I am sure your programmer can use as reference when he writes
a new killer weblogin-snippet that you guys share for free HERE in less than 6 months as the WebloginPE author did.

Thank you!

WebLoginPE works for me.
Haven’t used all the viewing profile features, but as a Registration and User Management tool it’s very good.

Indeed, perhaps your programmer would be able to fix whatever he found lacking in WebLoginPE, and sharing his fixes so we could all benefit. It’s already had one round of bugfixes and improvements, thus demonstrating the most obvious value of open source design
