web user tv access

i’m setting up a blog to allow for web users to post. i am using template variables for categories and tags. how do i allow for web users to store a template variable? any information would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

NewsPublisher snippet can not handle TVs.
I recommend FDM snippet instead.

how do you set up your TV for categories?
i’m looking for a solution to have both, Categories & Tags...Tags are clear, ditto filtering by a TV too, but do you have a solution to automatically update a list of your categories, like the TagCloud-Snippet does it for tags?
