I am gonna give some introduction of my background. I am a wordpress user. I create new posts in wordpress and they appear one below the other. The example would be my blog htt://abs.absabs.us. I was very impressed with modx’s back end. I am trying to create posts so that they appear like wordpress but it doesnt seem to work. When I create a post, they get created but don’t appear on the homepage. It creates a menu link on the sidebar. I am trying to test it on http://vampiera.com/test.

Can anybody help me with it?
Why do people point to their wrists when asking for the time, but don’t point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom is?

The posts appear where the [[NewsListing]] Snippet is called. In the default installation, that is page 2. If you want them to display on your `homepage`, you could either place a call for the [[Newslisting]] snippet in the document titled ’Home’ in the default install, or, as you log into your site manager, you could select "Administration--> System Configuration--> and in the `Site Settings` tab, there is a block called `Site Start:`. You can change this to `2` and now `Blog` is your homepage.
