    Several Manager users are unable to login to the manager console via www.mywebsite.org/manager ... it doesn’t give them an error rather it just sits there and does nothing when they try to login while I am able to login with those accounts on my end. It seems like it is a wide spread issue and there is possibly an application or browser issue at the user’s end. Since a couple of people are experiencing the issue even when they used all the latest browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.) with latest versions and even tried clearing their cache completely ... it still doesn’t work. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this issue?

    • Did they clear their cookies for the site? Scrambled and stale cookies can cause a lot of problems. I’ve also known bad ISP caching proxy configurations to make problems. Are they behind proxy servers or firewalls?
