getResources - filtered by template?

Is there any way to list resources based on the template (or template id) they are using? Like there is in Ditto:

Alternatively, I could set up a template variable to tag my resources in sync with the template and then filter by that TV but I don’t like the redundancy, and I want to use getResources...
