sortbyTV causes multiple instances of a single result to be returned

I’m using getResources like this:
```
[[!getResources? &parents=`49` &sortbyTV=`eventDate` &includeTVs=`1` &processTVs=`1` &tpl=`event_result_tpl` &limit=`5`]]
```
And it returns the same resource 4 times. When I omit the &sortbyTV, it works normally. Is this a bug?
