I have an event Template with TVs "eventStart" and "eventEnd". Since it’s a list of events, I want to sort them ascending by eventStart. This is how I tried:

    [[getResources? &parents=`18` &tpl=`recentEventRow` &includeContent=`1` &includeTVs=`1` &processTVs=`1` &sortByTV=`eventStart` &sortdirTV=`ASC` &sortby=`` &sortdir=`ASC`]]

Yet it does not sort at all…

As a next step I want to filter out those events, that are in the past.

      &sortbyTV not sortByTV
&tvPrefix=``if your TVs have no prefix

I hope you’ll post your solution. FWIW I produced a solution, exhibited here:

But when I mentioned it on these pages, OpenGeek said it was very inefficient. Unfortunately he didn’t reply when I enquired how to improve it, so I shall hope to learn from you instead.

          Cheers
