Hi
I have just start my first project in revo. I stuck in moment when I need to agreggate documents. It is possible to do that when I don’t have &tpl (Name of a chunk serving as a resource template)? Documents I want to agreggate already have own tamplate also I have put TV’s into them.
My looks like:
[[getResources? &includeContent=`1` &includeTVs=`1` &parents=`1` &resources=`4,5` &processTVs=`1` &tvPrefix=`0`]]

All I get is:
"Array
(
[tpl] =>
[tplOdd] =>
[tplFirst] =>
[tplLast] =>
[sortby] => publishedon
[sortbyTV] =>
[sortbyAlias] =>
[sortbyEscaped] => 0
[sortdir] => DESC
[sortdirTV] => DESC
[limit] => 5
[offset] => 0

Why anybody wrote some step by step tutorial? wiki don’t give simple answers for my problems. Everything about modx seems so hard at the begining.
Thanks for any answer and sorry for my english.

That’s the default behavior of getResources if you don’t specify the &tpl parameter -- it dumps the parameters (and the resource fields, I think).

Create a Tpl chunk (let’s call it MyTplChunk) something like this:

Article

Pagetitle: [[+pagetitle]]

Summary: [[+introtext]]

<a href="[[~[[+id]]See more . . .

Add any other fields or TVs you want to show, then add this to the getResources tag:

&tpl=`MyTplChunk`
