getResources doesn't display all resources

I’m using getResources to display content on my homepage. I have 7 child pages but only 5 of them are displaying and I’m a bit stumped. I’ve checked all the documents and can’t see any differences, they are all published.

[[getResources? 
    &includeTVs=`1`
    &processTVs=`1`
    &parents=`2`
    &tpl=`tplHomeFolioItems` 
    &tvPrefix=``
]]

If I create a new document it is displayed fine but forces out an earlier document so still only 5 are shown.

Any ideas much appreciated.

call it uncached: [[!getResources

thanks splittingred, I’ve just tried that and cleared the cache but it doesn’t seem to have made any difference.

Yeah, I had a feeling it was something simple that I’d missed.
Default limit for getResources is 5.

Added

limit=`12`
