getResources and Menus

    Hi there! Amateur Modx guy here with yet another probably simple question that will challenge my geekity:

    When I call to getResources with the snippet as follows:

    [[getResources? &includeContent=`1` &includeTVs=`1` &parents=`4` &tpl=`tpl_galleryitem` ]]


    Modx will only return records if ’hide from menus’ is off. Problem is, I want to hide these docs from the menu... what to do?
