How to sort "natural" in Quip?

As I said I try to do a Guestbook. So I like to have the newest entries first. But whenever there is a answer to a comment, I want the answer below the comment that has been answered and in the order of there arrival.

[li]comment1[/li]

How can I do this?

Threaded mode. &threaded=`1`


Oh, just noticed you wanted the answers sorted differently. I don’t think that’s possible out of the box. I do think that when I was reading through that, I would be confused on the order if you’d mix them up. Personally I’d just pick one order and stick with that.

lol, threaded mode were active by default, because I used the example in the documentation on rtfm.modx.com. and said . Problem there is that if you use descended sorting, that you get something like this:

• o[list]
  [li]answer2
• answer1

[/li]
[li]comment2[/li]
[li]comment1[/li]
[/list]

With threaded mode and descending order, it should still put the replies UNDER the comment it is responding to.

But that would then also be descending and start with the newest on top.


Maybe you can file this as a feature request in the right github project?

They are not. Look in http://www.efflorescos.de/gaestebuch/
You can see what is comment and what is answer by looking on the dates...

Then I’m probably confused somewhere. Sorry.
