QuipReply success message not displaying

Related to Quip 1.2.0 rc2

I have enabled comment approval, the success message is not displaying when a user posts a comment. This seems to do with the query string, the form submits with
```
&quip_approved=0 
```
It will display fine if I change the query string to
```
&quip_approved=0
```
QuipReply call:
```
[[!QuipReply?  
  &thread=`blog-post-[[*id]]`  
  &notifyEmails=`[email protected]`  
  &moderate=`1`  
  &moderatorGroup=`Moderators`  
  &closeAfter=`30`
  &recaptcha=`1`

```
