Quip and User Login

Not sure where to post this, but because it involves quip I will post this here.

What I am trying to do is have a login page where users log into. On the login page there is a link that the user can click on which will take them to the quip reply page. If a user posts a reply in quip I would like their reply to be directed only to a specific resource page. Is there anyway that I can tie a user to a quip thread on a resource page?
