    I think I don’t completely understand quip.

    All but my last page give the message:

    What did I do wrong?
      www.tornooi.net online database for (sport) events in dutch.
      To be redesigned, rewritten to modx with multiple languages...

      Try adding &closeAfter=`0` to your call

        That worked for me but like djemmers I'm confused as everything was working fine then the message suddenly appeared!

            I've just had exactly the same issue but the &closed=`0` did not work for me but &closeAfter=`0` did.

            Phew that got me sweating.

              This hit us this morning as well, well I got reports this morning, could have happened over the weekend, don't know, all comment thread sitewide suddenly report themselves as closed after working fine since installing quip a week or so ago.

              &closeAfter=`0`

              adding that fixed it for us as well. I don't see how this could have just happened by itself, we didn't do a quip update or a modx update, so that suggests there is some type of calendar type bug in quip itself that triggered base either on time after installation of quip, or calendar date.
