Quip and alias path

Playing with quip I’ve find a problem when alias path is active, in form actions the target url don’t use base_url so when you submit you get a page not found, for now I have solved editing default chunks in core and adding [[++base_url]] from [[+url]].

Didn’t should it be better in makeUrl function ?

Or just add / before any [[+id]] calls - but this should be sorted in the base install really!
