In order to show captcha in JOT form I enabled this option via manager configuration. Of course I get Captcha for manager login also. Any way to disable captcha for manager login, but leave it enabled for jot?

You might try creating a property for Jot (if there’s not one there already) with the same key as the System Setting. Set the property to Yes and the System Setting to No.
I’m not sure where Jot gets the Captcha setting from, but it might work.

Go to Tools -> Configuration and turn off Captcha.
Then add this to the Jot snippet tag:
