Jot on two pages

Hi there,

I have two pages

firs one:
- you can see the messages.
- button to second page to write a message

[!Jot? &notifyAuthor=`1` &captcha=`2` &moderated=`1` &customfields=`name` &validate=`name:Vul uw naam in` &pagination=`5` &placeholders=`1` &output=`0`!]

[+jot.html.comments+]
[+jot.html.navigation+]
[+jot.html.moderate+]

second page:
- here you can write the message.

[!Jot? &notifyAuthor=`1` &captcha=`2` &moderated=`1` &customfields=`name` &validate=`name:Vul uw naam in` &pagination=`5` &placeholders=`1` &output=`0`!]
[+jot.html.form+]

but it doesn’t show the new message that is made in the second page on the first page..

can anybody please help me
