I have one form that I want to access from multiple pages. But one or more fields of form should change depending from which page I am coming from.I am planning to use the form to comment different pages and the comment sheet would get the topic and some options depending on which page you click the comment button. I can use multiple forms with different topics and other stuff on them all, but that is not really a solution when there are tens of pages (and more coming). I am totally lost here. Could this be solved with ditto?
Thanks.
EDIT: Sorry, wrong page.. should be in Creating & Repurposing Content. Please move.
