    I’m almost done with setting up Jot just the way I need it... but I’m having issues getting my custom fields to show up in my comments template. I am not sure if there is a step I am missing or what, but I searched the forums and Jot Documentation and couldn’t find a thing.

    I am just using this to display my custom field:
    [+form.field.custom.phone:esc+]

    Also, I can’t seem to get the name/email thing to work right. I would like to make it so that the name is a link to the email. I don’t even care if it behaves "smart" by pulling info from a user if they are logged in. But I’m sure that a solution using that would be most beneficial to the community because it is more versatile.

    This is the code I’m using to display name/email:
     [+comment.createdby:isnt=`0`:then=`<b>`+][+comment.createdby:userinfo=`username`:ifempty=`[+comment.custom.name:ifempty=`[+jot.guestname+]`:esc+]`+][+comment.createdby:isnt=`0`:then=`</b>`+]

    Here’s my testing page:

      Here is a code for name as a link to an email (+ descriptions):
      <!-- open bold tag for site's registered user -->
      [+comment.createdby:isnt=`0`:then=`<b>`+]
          <!-- open mailto anchor: link to site's registered email for comment from registered user
              or to user provided email for comment from "anonymous" user
          -->
          <a href="mailto:[+comment.createdby:userinfo=`email`:ifempty=`[+comment.custom.email+]`+]">
              <!-- add name: include either site's registered or user-provided -->
              [+comment.createdby:userinfo=`username`:ifempty=`[+comment.custom.name:ifempty=`[+jot.guestname+]`:esc+]`+]
          <!-- close mailto anchor -->
          </a>
      <!-- close bold tag -->
      [+comment.createdby:isnt=`0`:then=`</b>`+]

      (It was tested on live site.)
