Length of comment appears to be contolled by size of textarea

Hi.

Whenever a comment exceeds the window size of the textarea and scrolling is activated, I get the error message "You forgot to enter a comment" after submission. If the comment is only a couple of lines long it goes through OK.

I have been using jquery.fieldtag.js, but I did disable it with no effect.

I tried bumping the maxlength value to 50000, but this didn’t help either.

I was wondering if anyone else had come across this problem, or may have an idea of why this could happen?

Turns out jquery.fieldtag.js was the problem, and I’m now using clearField which seems to be working fine.
