Hi,
Sorry if this is a dummy question. I’d like all of the manager users in the Manager web group "Posts" to receive an email whenever a comment is added on any post regardless of the author. I’ve added 2 administrator users in this group but only the author is receiving the emails. How can i get both users to work? Here’s my code.
[!Jot? &customfields=`name,email` &subscribe=`0` &pagination=`4` &canmoderate=`Posts` ¬ify=`2` ¬ifyAuthor=`1` !]
Thanks,
Crawford

What happens if you try without ¬ifyAuthor?
Thanks for the suggestion mrhaw but when i remove the ¬ifyAuthor=`1` then no notifications are sent at all.

Leave blank for no webuser moderation (=moderation by using manager account).
Could be that they have to be webusers.
Of course, mrhaw, all moderators we want to have notifications sent to should have valid webuser accounts. The moderation of comments is done in the frontend so the Jot can send emails to webusers only. In other words, "Posts" should be a webuser group (defined in Security/ Web Permissions) and moderators should have valid accounts (defined in Security/ Web Users) that are assigned to "Posts" group.
This makes good sense! -->
So one manager but many web moderators can get notified.
@scottishbullet: check out Joco Jot Module if you haven’t already.
Hi mrhaw and Alik. I just got back into this and I followed your directions. It seems to be doing what I need. It’s too bad there duplication of roles since I had to create identical accounts on both the web users and the manager users but at least it’s doing it’s job.
Thanks for all your help!!
