Currently I am using the "MMDDYYYY" style to enter dates in jot comments (had trouble with other formats). Comments are sorted by this date so other methods get complex quickly. Can this output be formatted to show friendly dates; Day of week, Month, day, Year?

Is it possible to use the [+date+] placeholder as in Ditto? If so I can use the &dateSource and &dateFormat parameters. Not sure how this would work though. If not I am sure there is something that can be done with PHx.
